The dataset comprises 1,028 aligned RGB–IR image pairs collected using an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) on the HKUST campus. It is designed to support the training and evaluation of cross‑modal deep learning algorithms for RGB–IR–based building façade inspection. Acknowledgement:
